These policies are designed to protect your progress, respect our time, and create consistency that drives real results. We keep it clear and simple so everyone wins.



In-Person Training Sessions


Cancellation & Rescheduling:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an in-person session. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.


Late Arrivals:
  • Arriving less than 15 minutes late means you’ll receive the remaining time.

  • Arriving 15 minutes or more late is considered a no-show and will be forfeited.


Expiration Policy:

All in-person sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire after that period and cannot be refunded or extended.


Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for any personal training services. This includes changes in schedule, relocation, illness, or unused sessions. Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.



Virtual Training Packages


Booking:

All virtual training sessions must be scheduled in advance. For best results, we recommend reserving a consistent weekly time slot.


Cancellation:

You may cancel your monthly package at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges. Please note that all scheduled sessions within the current billing month remain subject to our policies on missed or unused sessions, which are non-refundable. Session rescheduling is allowed with advance notice.


Refunds:

Payments for virtual training packages are non-refundable and billed monthly. Unused sessions, missed sessions, or last-minute cancellations will not be credited, refunded, or carried over to the next month. All sales are final and packages are non-transferable.
