We take a look at your movement, goals, and training history so you’re set up for success.


2. Join a consistent small group

Train with the same coach and crew in sessions capped at 4–6 people for personalized attention.


3. Follow a structured training plan

Each phase builds on the last, with progressions designed to improve strength, mobility, and performance over time.

FAQs

How is this different from a group fitness class?

These are small-group training sessions, not drop-in classes. Each workout follows a structured progression and you’ll get hands-on coaching throughout.


Will I still get personal attention?

Yes. With a max of 4–6 people per session, your coach has eyes on your form and adjusts for your individual needs.


Do I need to be fit to join a group?

No. Every movement can be modified. We have clients at all levels working toward different goals.


What if I miss a session?

We’ll work with you to find a makeup option when possible, or adjust your next session to keep you on track.


Can I switch between group and 1:1 training?

Yes. Some clients combine both for added flexibility and support. We can help you build a hybrid plan if that fits your goals.
