Not at all. Most clients come in after a long break or when something just doesn’t feel right. We meet you where you are.


What’s the difference between this and a regular gym trainer?

How long is each session?

Most sessions are 60 minutes. Each one includes movement prep, strength training, and recovery guidance.


What if I have an injury or limitation?

We specialize in working around and through injuries. The goal is to help you train safely while restoring strength and function.


Can I just train once a week?

Yes, but we’ll be honest about what you need to reach your goals. Some clients start with one session and build from there.
