1. Start with a 1:1 strategy session

We’ll talk goals, past injuries, lifestyle, and preferences so your plan fits you from day one.


2. Get your custom training program

Every 4–6 weeks, you’ll get a new training phase built for your current level, equipment, and goals.


3. Train on your schedule

Access your workouts through our app, complete with video demos and form notes.


4. Check in weekly

Share updates, wins, or roadblocks—your coach adjusts the plan and keeps you moving forward.


5. Evolve as you go

Long term, your program adapts to progress, travel, seasons of life, or new goals. We stay with you, not behind a template.

Do I need a full gym setup to start?

No. We build your program based on the equipment you have—whether that’s dumbbells at home or access to a full gym.


Is this just a fitness app?

Not at all. Your plan is designed by a real coach, not generated by software. We adjust it based on your feedback, progress, and schedule.


What kind of support do I get between check-ins?

You’ll have messaging access through the app to ask questions, share updates, or get guidance any time.


How long is each training phase?

Most programs run in 4–6 week blocks depending on your goals, with adjustments made as needed to keep you progressing.


What happens if I miss a week or fall off track?

We expect real life to happen. Your coach will help you reset, adjust the plan, and keep things moving forward.


Can I combine this with functional testing or in-person sessions?

Yes. Many clients use virtual coaching as a base and layer in other services as needed for a full-circle approach.
